Who We Are
Montauk Facility Solutions brings years of commercial service and facility operations experience to businesses throughout Middle Tennessee. Our mission is simple: reduce the number of vendors our clients have to manage while providing dependable, responsive facility support.
Most property and facility managers we meet are juggling several vendors — one for cleaning, another for floors, someone else for pressure washing, and a handyman who answers when he can. We consolidate that work into one program with one schedule, one invoice and one person responsible for the result.
Every account starts with a facility assessment, a written scope of work and a clear price. From there our supervisors inspect on a set cadence, correct issues before you have to report them, and adjust the program as your building's needs change. For regulated trades such as electrical, HVAC or plumbing, we coordinate licensed, insured partners on your behalf.

Depending on the scope of work, services may be performed by Montauk personnel or by properly qualified third-party vendors and subcontractors coordinated and managed by Montauk Facility Solutions.
